Scope and Contents
In Fall 2015, the description of the Building Bridges Program on Clarion University's web site read as follows:
"Building Bridges is a partnership between Student Affairs and Academic Affairs to link the classroom with the campus community. The program's goal is to build communication and understanding between Clarion students of diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds. Students are encouraged to apply to be part of a multi-ethnic team of student associates, who visit classes to share experiences and lead discussions. Building Bridges also is presented to students in area schools (grades 9 through 12)."
